Contemporary Classicism best describes my vision.  I am inspired by direct observation, a catalyst for my transforming process of distillation and compositional balance.  My goals are to communicate the wonder and pleasure that I experience and give the viewer quiet astonishment by making something familiar become newly seen and appreciated.
